Who We Are

Sweetpea Pets Ltd, trading as SweetPea's Doggy Deli, is the data controller for the information described on this page. If you have any questions about your details or want them removed, contact us:

What We Collect

We only collect what we need to answer you, take your order or booking, and look after you and your dog.

Why We Hold It And Our Lawful Basis

We use your details to reply to you, deal with your order, booking or event enquiry, and handle any follow up afterwards. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, plus performance of a contract where you have bought something or booked a place.

We do not use your details for marketing without asking you first. Contacting us is not consent to receive offers, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiry and customer records are kept for three years from our last contact with you, then deleted. Records we are legally required to keep for longer, such as invoices and accounts, are kept for the period the law requires.

Who Else Handles Your Details

We use a small number of suppliers to run this website, our messaging, our bookings and our card payments. They act only on our instructions and cannot use your details for their own purposes. If you would like to know who they are, email us and we will tell you.

Cookies And This Website

This site does not run advertising or tracking cookies. The embedded map, booking calendar and review feed may set cookies needed for those features to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete your details where we are not required to keep them, or stop using them. Email us and we will deal with it within one month, free of charge.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first and we will try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
